We're open on Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You'll be greeted with the aroma of freshly baked bread and brewed coffee as you make your way to tables set under the shade of old oak trees or in our cozy ranch dining area.
The setting is relaxed and unhurried. Local neighbors and new visitors share a meal together, conversation flows easily, and there's always time to walk around the property — say hello to the ducks and geese, admire the vegetable garden, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of rural Florida.
Whether you come alone, as a couple, or bring the whole family, Saturday breakfast at Lake Ranch is an experience you'll want to repeat.
What's on the Table

- Fresh farm eggs cooked to order — scrambled, fried, or soft‑boiled
- Egg dishes featuring our own duck and goose eggs on special weekends
Breads & Baked Goods

- Homemade cakes and sweet loaves with rotating seasonal flavors
German Specialties
- Handmade Spätzle made with organic duck eggs (on select weekends)
- German‑style sides and seasonal specials
